Jayden, has almost 20 years’ experience in market research, business development and public opinion industry.
Jayden worked with Nielsen for 6 years where he held different operational roles in West Africa and set-up operation departments in Nielsen offices in Ghana, Cameroon and Ivory Coast.
Jayden has managed over 3000 different projects in Africa and ME markets for both international and local clients across industries like FMCG, Agriculture, Telecommunications, Financial Institutions, NGO’s, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Media, Education and Healthcare just to mention a few.
Jayden has had the privilege of working on-site or remotely in most key African markets, countries like Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Togo, Benin Republic, Senegal, Mali, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Algeria, just to mention a few.
Jayden oversees the overall project management and QC at IDS Africa.

Israel Chukwuekwu is a highly motivated and ambitious business development specialist with over 15 years’ hands on experience that cuts across Sales and Marketing, Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Fintech Business, Team Leadership and People Management.
Israel has a functional experience in B2B sales and corporate accounts management, High Net-worth customer management. He possesses a unique skill in trend evolution and customer purchasing pattern tracking and always seeks out new technologies and strives to remain up-to-date on product upgrades and available software applications through networking, workshops and conferences.
Before joining IDS Africa, Israel has worked with Afridigits Limited as head of Marketing and Sales, Cyberspace Limited as the head of LTE Retail Business, Visafone Communications as sales Supervisor and Zenith Bank plc. With his extensive experiences from different industries – Fintech, Financial institutions and Telecoms, he has come to understand the behavioural pattern of Customers/client.
Israel holds a BSc. degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University, Mini MBA in Innovation from Tekedia Institute, a Certificate in Retail Business management from Tom Associates, a Certificate in Effective Sales professionals from Performance frontier.
Business Development Manager
Before joining IDS Africa Kelecchi worked for: H.F.P. Engineering as Computer Programmer, CEPCO Communications Limited as Computer Programmer, Nielsen as RA Production Manager – Sub Saharan Africa, Market Research Consultancy Limited – Research Data Analyst, etc.
Kelechi Chinagorom, has 18 years’ experience in Market/Marketing Research, Business Development and Public Opinion industry. He worked with Nielsen for 11 years where he held different operational/analytical roles in West Africa and set up operation departments for Retail Measurement Services in Nielsen offices in Ghana, Cameroon and Ivory Coast.
Kelech’s experience cuts across project management and data anaylysis for both international and local clients from industries like FMCG’s, Agriculture, Telecommunications, Financial Institutions, NGO’s, Oil & Gas, to mention a few.
Communication & Account Manager
A strategic communicator with a sharp edge in content development, copywriting and editing, in addition to his core competencies in relationship management, customer service/experience management, partnership facilitation and business development.
Since march 2021, he has been coordinating the communication and public relations activities of Innovative Data Solution Ltd (IDS Africa) as the Corporate Communication Manager.
Taofik holds a degree in English Language. He has a certificate in Learning and Development. He holds a Mini-MBA certificate from Tekedia Institute (in view). He has a Business Process Analyst certificate from BPMI. He has a certificate in Leadership from the GOTNI Leadership Academy. He also holds a certificate in Marketing from Faith Foundation.
His objective is to provide solutions that engender effectiveness in processes and drive business to achieve the core of the organisation within which he functions, delivering value at whatever capacity he is responsible for with a focus on international competitiveness and his eyes on every step, helping him grow.
Bright has over 5 years’ progressive experience in project supervision, project management and performance management in business, market research and fintech services industry.
He joined IDS Africa as a Quality Control Executive in 2020 and he is currently the Operations Manager in charge of our data collection, project management and sample evaluation.
Prior to joining IDS Africa, Bright has worked with Opay, as Performance Manager, with NDDC Partnership Programme as Project Supervisor. He was a Team Lead in 2018 WHO Independent Monitor for Vaccine Immunization (Polio) and a Team Lead with INEC during 2019 General Election,
Bright holds PGD in Project Management from both American Academy of project management (AAPM) Colorado USA and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria. Diploma in Health Safety and Environment from CIEHS. Dip. Facility Management from the Chartered Institute of Contract Project and Facility Management Nigeria and he is also a member of Chartered Institute of Project Management Professional (CPMP) of Nigeria.
Doris Eta Eyabovo
Doris Eta Eyabovo is a graduate of Accounting, University of Benin, and holds a Diploma in Telecommunication with TTC Mobile and Masters (Mini) with Tekedia Institute Boston USA. She brings to bear her 8 years of experience in the Human Resource profession. She is determined and value-driven. She is a multi-sector professional whose experience cuts across the Oil and Gas, Fintech, FMCG and NGO.
Prior to joining IDS Africa, She had managed the Human Resource Department and its Operations while working at Jayden Robinson Youth Foundation.
Prior to JRYF, Doris had played the role of Human Resource Business Partner at Proten International, South South/South East Region.
Doris is an HR Generalist and her specialty spans across Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Operations,Training and Development, Strategy Formulation, Performance Management, Organizational Development and Human Resource Advisory. Her excellence on the Job was awarded as the fast starter employee in the year 2019.
Heading the Human Resource and Admin operations at IDS Africa, she is an Associate Member of the Organization Leadership and Development Network. (OLDN), Active Member of HR Rendezvous Dubai/Zimbabwe. She has had trainings on Advanced Human Resource management Practice, Leading in Challenging Times, Human Resource Fundamentals and Conflict Management etc.
Mr Ambrose Okoliko is a qualified chartered accountant with broad financial and accounting experience obtained during his career of over 15 years.
Since joining IDS, he has emphasised the importance of Financial management and allocation informed by cost of Operations across IDS and driven a structured approach to growth.
